'One Punch-Man' Gets a Third Anime Season

The official website of One Punch-Man anime just announced a third season with a visual teaser. ONE and Yusuke Murata's One Punch-Man manga series is finally making a comeback after three long years. Anime fans had been clamouring for another season for a while now, and it seems their voices have been heard/answered with this announcement.

The creator ONE launched One Punch-Man as a webcomic in 2009. Manga Illustrator Yusuke Murata began redrawing and publishing the One Punch-Man manga on the Tonari no Young Jump website in June 2012.

One Punch-Man got a 12-episode anime adaptation way back in 2015 by the infamous studio Madhouse, which was renewed for a 2nd Season by J.C.Staff in Spring 2019.

To date, One Punch-Man has released 26 tankōbon volumes in total and has a cumulative 26 million copies of its compiled volumes in circulation.
