MY HERO ACADEMIA THE MOVIE: WORLD HEROES' MISSION BOX OFFICE NUMBERS REVEAL IT TO BE THE HIGHEST-GROSSING FILM IN THE FRANCHISE

My Hero Academia The Movie Heroes’ Mission just broke through 18.7 Million USD on its 17th day in the Japanese Box office. The movie was released in Japan on 6th August 2021 and has sold over 1.58 Million Tickets, worth over 2.06 Billion Yen. The new Boku No Hero Academia Movie is the highest-grossing film in the BNHA film trilogy and has surpassed 1.79 billion Yen or 16.2 million USD total gross revenue of the second film, My Hero Academia: Heroes Rising.

The film sold over 1.28 million tickets in the first 10 days after the release, earning about 1.6 Billion Yen or 14.62 Million USD. And in the first 4 days, it also broke all records held by the previous films in the franchise by 200%, earning approximately 940 Million Yen or 8.51 Million USD.

The Official BNHA website has also released a special Amv, featuring the film's insert song, Flower by Asian Kung Fu Generation. Following this, on Monday Shueisha confirmed the 4D screening of the movie, starting on August 28. Making this one of the most unique anime films with an official 4D screening, with special art and other features.
