Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unused, in its original condition, with any original tags (if applicable), and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

To request a return, please contact us at info@yujinclothing.com with your order number and the reason for your request. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on where to send your item. Unless the return is due to our error, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

Claims for damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete items must be submitted within 30 days of delivery and include clear photos of the issue. Once verified, we will provide a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.


Lost Packages

If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days after the estimated delivery date. We will investigate the shipment and, if confirmed lost, provide an appropriate resolution.


Wrong Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

If a package is returned because an incorrect or insufficient shipping address was provided, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the order after confirming the correct address.


Unclaimed Packages

Packages returned because they were unclaimed may be reshipped upon request. Customers are responsible for the cost of reshipping.

Returned orders will be held by our fulfillment partner for up to 30 days. Orders that remain unclaimed after this period may no longer be recoverable.


Size and Ordering Mistakes

Please review our size charts carefully before placing your order.

Because all YUJIN products are made to order, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or free replacements if the wrong size, color, style, or product was selected when placing the order.


Order Cancellations

All YUJIN products are made to order specifically for each customer.

Orders may only be cancelled or modified before production begins. Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled, changed, or refunded.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Accessories or personal-use items where hygiene regulations apply

European Union Customers – Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you generally have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, without providing a reason, unless a legal exemption applies.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at info@yujinclothing.com with your order number before the 14-day withdrawal period expires. You may also initiate a return or cancellation directly from your account under Orders.

Orders may only be cancelled before production begins. Since all YUJIN products are made to order, cancellations are no longer possible once production has started.

Under Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized. Because YUJIN products are printed on demand specifically for each customer after an order is placed, they generally fall within this exemption. Unless otherwise required by applicable law, we are therefore unable to accept cancellations or returns based solely on a change of mind once production has begun.

If a return is accepted due to our error, such as receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will provide a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.

If a withdrawal or return is otherwise permitted under applicable law, any approved refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Unless the return is due to our error, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your approved return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
