Terrible embroidery-update

Update-Paul from Yujin contacted me, he apologized, said it slipped through the cracks of their QC. Sent a new one with expedited shipping-no cost and doesn’t want me to ship back the defunct hat. Great customer service overall. Will update once the new hat arrives.
Was pretty excited to get this. Unfortunately the embroidery on this hat is absolutely terrible. Quality control needs to step it up.

We are already preparing a replacement for you, and it will be shipped soon in perfect condition. The new product will be shipped today with express shipping so you will receive it asap. You can keep the other hat as a gesture for the delay in your final product.
