Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
When we receive a returned shipment, an email notification will be sent to you. Please note that you have 4 weeks to claim your returned order.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Any merchandise purchased at discount or on sale cannot be returned.
Customers may begin the return process by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org, stating the reason for the return.
Reasons for Returns
Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
If received a damaged item- please send pictures to be verified.
If received missing or wrong item/s- please send pictures to be verified.
If the sizing doesn't fit you and the clothing is in perfect condition. Note: If you have ordered by mistake an S size and you would like to return it for an XL size we wouldn't be able to process the return, as this will fall into ordering the wrong item because of the size difference. If you encounter this scenario, kindly get in touch with us at email@example.com and explain the matter, and we'll provide our assistance.
Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself or your end customer.
Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for the supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized, therefore we reserve rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.
Submit a Return Request
- Log in to your account: https://account.yujinclothing.com
- In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
- In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
- Go back to the online store, and then enter the six-digit verification code.
- Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
- If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
- Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
- Click Request return.
If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you will receive an email with shipping instructions. After the product is returned, you will be contacted to finish the return process.
- You will need to be in charge of the return shipping fee, and the new shipping costs.
- The order will be in our fulfillment center for 30 days, after that, the order cannot be claimed.
- You can find the return address on the packaging slip.
Reasons for Refunds
Received the wrong item/s- please send pictures to be verified.
Received a damaged item/s- please send pictures to be verified.
Received an incomplete order or they did not receive their order at all.
Accessories cannot be returned for hygiene purposes.
Orders that have already started their fulfillment process can't be refunded or changed.
Orders that can't be received by the customer because of import fees not being paid can't be refunded or reshipped.
Selecting the wrong clothing size is not a reason for refund, change, or reshipment.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
